For the client who is hosting a special event such as a wedding, bridal shower, baptism, corporate event, social dinner or backyard event and need assistance with setup of the event takedown or even prep cleanup or post cleanup.

Our team offers event set up services where we can assist our client in the preparation of decor, favours, DIY items, audio visual setup, menu cards etc.

Existing VRE & Co. Clients:
Existing clients who require additional setup and/or take-down services beyond the setup/takedown scope contracted, a secondary assistant may be necessary depending on guest count and/or amount of setup needed for your event which requires would require more time and work. Fees mentioned below.

The starting rate for our event setup services is $500.00 and the final quote will be customized according to distance, special requests and any additional services needed for your event.
Additional fees apply to take-down services.
