She was great with the little touches that helped to make our night memorable and special and even made us a plate of food to make sure we were well fed during photo sessions so we got to taste our own appetizers and have special moments with each other during a very busy night which wouldn’t have happened without her. She had everything planned out for me. Not only did she coordinate all the vendors and ensure we were on schedule, her energy and words of encouragement were priceless. She kept reminding us to take in the moment and be present – I appreciated this a lot 💕 The evening ran so smoothly and she was there at the drop of a hat if something needed to be addressed so that me and my husband could enjoy the day/ evening! “I was referred to Lia by a friend 3 years ago when we first started planning our wedding. Three years later and several moved dates – Lia was so accommodating on all changes and uncertainties around the wedding.

We used Lia for her Month of Coordination and truly couldn’t have executed on our wedding day without her and her team. She managed all vendor communications, created a thorough itinerary (shared with vendors, bridal party and family), helped set up all of DIY decor and so much more! She thought of every detail, and was so attentive to both families and of course, myself and the groom.
